The victims of Mayor Valdivia reported the sexual harassment to city administration, to no avail….
This is Helen Tran she was the Director of Human Resources at the time (recently quit), she was aware of what was happening LAST YEAR and DID NOTHING to protect the employees? Was her pay that good? What was her motivation in keeping quiet?
City Manager Teri Ledoux knew what was happening and rather than help the victims she was just going to “move” the employees? THEY ARE BOTH RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT WAS HAPPENING!?
